No.  For safety reasons it is forbidden to ride your bike in transition.  You must push your bike (while wearing your helmet securely fastened) through transition towards the exit.  There is a specific exiting location and you will not be permitted to leave the zone anywhere else.  A few metres outside the exit area there is a MOUNT line after which you are allowed to get on your bike and begin riding.  If you mount before that line, you will be given a time penalty.  Upon completion of the bike course you must enter transition from a specific entrance.  You will be directed there by a race official.  A few metres from that entrance there will be a DISMOUNT line.  You must get off of your bike before that line.  Failure to do so will end in a time penalty.  Once you dismount, you must push your bike to your designated spot in the transition zone.
